Day 3023 - The Cure - 08.31.19

Today the family and I went to the Pasadena Daydream Festival.  It was a long hot day with some good music.  This day ended with The Cure and it was amazing.  My big take away from the day was that I was so happy to see Robert Smith look happy.  He looked like he was having the time of his life.  This is something I saw today.

This is the back of and album by Tom Scott and the LA Express.  It is a Jazz Fusion record that I've had on the turntable a lot recently.  The front of the album is the front of the jeans, but this is the back which is the backside of the jeans.  It is something I saw today.

Day 3016 - Inside The Second Home Pavilion - 08.24.19

We had a big day today.  We went and walked around LACMA and the Tar Pits. There was cool installation in the park that I believe was call The Second Home Pavilion.  This is my daughter inside it.  It got very hot inside it.  After that we went and met some friends for lunch at the El Coyote restaurant and then we went to see "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood" just down the street at the New Beverly.  It was all very fun.  This is something I saw today.

I picked up a whole grocery bag full of CDs at the estate sale this past weekend.  One to the CD's was this classical record.  This is something I saw today.

Day 3013 - Woodstock Records - 08.21.19

The latest episode of the podcast Hit Parade was all about Woodstock and its relevance to the billboard charts with regard to the musical acts that performed there.  So I decided to pull my Woodstock albums off the shelf this morning and bring them in to listen to them at work this morning.  It was nice revisiting them.  This is something I saw today.
