I have been looking forward to this double feature for weeks. Last time Valley Girl played it sold out and I didn't get tickets. This time I did and I was joined by my wife and daughter. They almost didn't come because the rain was so bad earlier in the day. Things were flooding everywhere around Los Angeles. By the evening things had calmed down and then drove over the hill and made it just in time. Both movies were great. The audiences were great too. I really loved seeing Valley Girl on the big screen because the soundtrack is really great and it was great hearing that pumping out of a big sound system. This is something I saw today.
