I found this at the goodwill this week. When I got home I popped it in and started watching with my wife. We love this movie and especially we love the music. We both agreed that it would have been amazing if the Peter Jackson
version included the songs and musical numbers from the animated
version. It has been a few years since I had seen it and what really struck me was the quick pace at which the story is told. After watching the long, long, long Peter Jackson interpretations it is kind of refreshing to watch such quick storytelling. This is something I saw today.
