This morning before work I swung by the Americana in Glendale to pick up movie tickets for
Pacific Rim. Today with one of my departments we went to see the movie and have lunch. The movie was a ton of fun. It was cheesy at times and there were cliches-o-plenty, but the tone of the movie was fun and forgiving. Everyone in the group had a good time. I took this photo early in the morning as you may have guessed due to the empty Americana. This gold statue was something I saw today.
