I have to confess right here at the top, that this kid wasn't actually benched as far as I know. I swung by the park near my house on the way home from work and there were some kids having soccer practice. Just out of frame was the rest of this kid's team practicing. I don't know if he was just tired or what. I thought he made for an interesting photo the way he is looking out on what appears to be an empty field. Again in full disclosure there were actually a ton of people at the park. I just happened to get a photo at just the right time and the right angle to make it look empty. Ah camera magic. So anyway, this was something I saw today.

Day 278 - Benched - 02.23.12
