Day 2719 - Pixar Halloween at Work - 10.31.18

Day 2716 - Timbuk 3 "All I Want For Christmas" - 10.28.18

Last weekend after Halloween we went to Amoeba.  In addition to picking up the Halloween soundtrack I bought a bunch of Christmas 7-inch records.  My plan this year for my Christmas mix is to use all music from vinyl.  This evening, I started digitizing some of the records.  This is something I saw today

Day 2715 - The Mad Hatter - 10.27.18

This evening my wife and I went to a trunk or treat event at church.  I took this photo there.  After that we went to the Arclight in Hollywood to see Suspiria.  It was fantastic!  The visuals were stunning.  The soundtrack was hypnotic and creepy.  The story has plenty of reinterpretation to keep it interesting and fresh and kept my wife and I talking and thinking about the film after it finished.  This Mad Hatter is something I saw today.

Day 2714 - 3 Trees in a Fog - 10.26.18

This morning started by walking to the Arclight in Manhattan Beach to watch a documentary called Game Changers.  It should be out for the public in 2019.  It was a documentary about plant based eating.  There was still some morning fog burning off and I brought my camera as I walked.  I passed these three trees.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2699 - Sammy Hagar "Street Machine" - 10.11.18

It is the Red Rocker himself, Sammy Hagar on the cover of his 5th studio record, 1979's "Street Machine."  It is not one of the classic records from the 80's, but it is okay. This is something I saw today.

Day 2697 - Original Tommy's World Famous Hamburgers - 10.09.18

This morning I went in to work really early, but I felt off from the jump.  By mid morning I was feeling really off, dizzy in fact.  Finally around 11 I decided I needed to go home.  When I got back to Burbank, it was lunch time and I stopped by Tommy's for lunch.  I had not had a good Tommy's burger in a long time.  It his the spot and then I went home and slept most of the afternoon.  I was feeling better by the evening.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2696 - General Public "Tenderness" 12-inch - 10.08.18

I brought this into work as part of the stack of 80's single that I brought in to show a friend.  He has been doing a DJ gig on the weekends spinning 80's records and he asked me for recommendations.  I brought in some records for him to check out for inspiration.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2689 - Solo A Star Wars Story - 10.01.18
