Day 2474 - Turbo Kid Soundtrack - 02.28.18

I decided to bring "Turbo Kid" into work today.  This is the record still at home on the shelf.  This is one of my most favorite soundtracks of all time.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2471 - The Barbie Game - 02.25.18

My daughter had some friends over the other night and they played the Barbie game.  They may be grown, but they still have fun with this old game.  It is still out on our coffee table.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2470 - Cannoli - 02.24.18

This afternoon we did some shopping at Monte Carlo deli and we picked up some cannolis for dessert this evening.  This is one of the chocolate covered cannolis.  Yum!  This is something I saw today.

Day 2465 - Philip Glass Dracula Score Performecd by the Kronos Quartet - 02.19.18

I picked this wonderful CD up at that yard sale.  It is hypnotic and beautiful.  I have listened to it several times since picking it up.  It is great to listen to while reading Stephen King.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2464 - No Skateboarding at Calabasa High School - 02.18.18

Today we were back in Calabasas for the California Dance Classic.  In the morning I took some photos around the school campus.  This no skateboarding sign is something I saw today.

Today we went to a dance competition at Calabasas High School.  This is my daughter in the theater lobby listening to a conversation.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2462 - Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman - 02.16.18

A couple weeks ago I ordered the complete series of Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman.  I have been wanted to buy this box set for a long time, but I never wanted to pay the full price for a new set.  Every once in a while I look this box set up and think about ordering it, but I never do.  Finally I looked it up a couple weekends ago and found a used copy for half price and so I bit the bullet.  There are 325 episodes, which means I am going to be working my way through this show for a long time.  Last night when I got home I was happy to see that the set had arrived and I quickly opened the box and watched the first 2 episodes.  I think because I am even older since the last time I watched the show I found it even funnier.  I am very excited to work my way through.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2459 - George Winston "Winter Into Spring" - 02.13.18

Over the holidays I discovered a great podcast called The Hustle.  One of the first episodes I listened to was an interview with George Winston.  So I have been playing his records for the past couple weekends.  They are good for a Sunday afternoon.  This is his record "Winter Into Spring" and it is something I saw today.

This CD "Buy-Product" is one of the CDs I picked up at the yard sale this past weekend.  This is a Geffen Records compilation from the early 90's.  There are some good bands on here.  Geffen was killing it then.  This is something I saw today.

My son picked up these Jessica Jones DVDs at a thrift store and he gave them to me for my birthday.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2450 - HP Lovecraft The Complete Fiction - 02.04.18

I didn't feel great today and so I stayed home all day and rested.  I also read some Lovecraft and some of Stephen King's "It."  It was a very relaxing day.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2449 - Masters Of The Universe - 02.03.18

This morning my wife and I went on a walk and we ended the walk by stopping at a yard sale up the street.  There was a large CD collection with CD's for 50 cents.  I bought 150 CD's.  They also had a few DVDs.  I bought this cheese fest, "Masters Of The Universe."  I had never seen this movie before and we watched it this afternoon.  It was exactly what I thought it would be, cheese.  This is something I saw today.

Day 2448 - Logan LP - 02.02.18

I recently ordered the "Stranger Things" Season 2 soundtrack from Lakeshore records and they sent me the "Logan" record as an extra bonus.  It came without a sleeve which is weird, but I am not going to complain because the score has some good tracks.  This is something I saw today.
